HOW CAN I CHECK THE PRICES AND VEHICLES NEAR ME?
The vehicle prices listed in each model and are the starting list prices (From ...).
For specific/individual selling prices, contact us through the contact form and let us know the model and the location of your preference.
We will get back to you by email with options available and prices.
ARE THE PRICES NEGOTIABLE?
No. We work with fixed prices at Camperbuy.com. This means that the price of the vehicles has no room for negotiation. However, we strive to be transparent in our pricing and as competitive as possible in the market.
The final price includes:
12 month warranty (excludes business customers)
Vehicle cleaning fee.
Vehicle de-registration (does not include registration costs by customers).
VAT (may apply in certain cases).
CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE VEHICLE AT ONE TIME?
Yes, you can. Prices will not vary and you will be invoiced separately for each vehicle.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE VEHICLE?
The only payment method accepted at this stage is bank transfer.
After having signed the purchase order, we will provide you with the respective bank account details to where you should make payment.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CONCLUDE THE PURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE?
The purchase process could take up to 2-3 weeks, from the point you confirm interest in a specific vehicle.
HOW CAN I SEE PHOTOS OF A SPECIFIC VEHICLE?

HOW CAN I SEE YOUR VEHICLES IN PERSON?
Contact us through the contact form and let us know the model, location, and your availability (preferred week to visit)
We check availability with our local operations team at the location
We send you an email proposing 2-3 options to visit the location
Once you reply, we send you an email to you and our operations team confirming date/time for the visit and vehicles available to see
IS THERE ANY WARRANTY INCLUDED ON THE SALE?
Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty through our partner Car Garantie to all private individuals (excludes business customers)
Our warranty covers the following (subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions):
Protection against electrical or mechanical damage:
From the engine
Brakes and fuel system
NOT included: windows, bodywork, tires, wheels and upholstery
Spare electrical and mechanical car components.
Diagnostic and labor expenses.
We provide all documentation needed to activate your warranty with Car Garantie as per their terms & conditions.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No, you cannot. Our offer is based on certain conditions that require us to follow a procedure after you confirm your interest (by signing the purchase order) that impede us from canceling the transfer of ownership to you.
As an alternative, we propose you test drive the vehicle by renting via our rental website Indie Campers
WHAT IS THE HEATING SYSTEM AVAILABLE IN THE VEHICLES?
Our vehicles vary among different models, hence we have three options:
Vehicles with water heating with 220V boiler;
Vehicles with water heating and air heating with TRUMA gas device;
Vehicles with stationary air heating with gas;
Please check the model description where you will find all the details regarding the equipment provided in each model.
DO THE VEHICLES HAVE SHOWER?
According to the model, we have vehicles that are equipped with an interior shower cabin (hot water) and/or external shower in the back (cold water).

All models with shower are equipped with clean and waste water tanks.
ARE THE VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A SECOND BATTERY?
All our vehicles have a motor battery and a leisure battery for the electrical appliances, USB plugs, lights, fridge, etc …
The leisure battery charges when the vehicle is driven or as an alternative when plugged in a 220V power source with the cable we provide.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO REGARDING THE MANDATORY VEHICLE INSPECTIONS?
All our vehicles are sold with the annual road inspection concluded.
When importing the vehicle into a different country, you might be required to conduct a specific one-off inspection as part of the registration process in that location. We advise you to confirm this with your local regulatory authorities.
